WHAT CAN I RETURN?

• Devilish Demeanour accepts all unworn, unwashed, re-sellable items with original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase. 
• Items may only be returned with proof of purchase.

There are no refunds on sale items ( exchanges or credit note is accepted ).
All returns will be issued a credit note unless you are exchanging for another size.

THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• Bodysuits and thongs that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
• Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
• Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Devilish Demeanour.

EXCHANGES:

• All exchanged items MUST be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, re-sellable items with original packaging and tags still attached. If items are not returned in the conditions stated above, you will NOT be eligible for an exchange.

We gladly offer exchanges on full price and sale item's if the item(s) you have purchased do not fit you and you wish to exchange it for another size. If you simply have changed your mind about your item, we will happily offer you a credit note and the item must be returned at your own cost. We suggest a trackable service as we are not liable if your items are lost in transit.
